Top 10 Most Inflential Contabidas in Video Games
Wednesday, July 27th, 200510) Kefka
Game: Final Fantasy VI (Japan) Final Fantasy III
(US) How come Kefka isn’t one of the top ten? They
clearly modeled him after Hitler, the fuhrer, who
is without a doubt, the greatest tyrant of the
20th century.
9) Liquid Snake
Game: Metal Gear series (beginning with Metal Gear
2) Liquid is the perfect example of an excellent
villain. He has nothing but pure hatred in his
heart for Solid Snake, and it definitely shows. He
simply refuses to die until he has completed his
personal mission to kill Solid. His obsession was
really quite sick.
Dr. Ivo Robotnik
Game: Sonic the Hedgehog series
I think Dr. Robotnik is one of the best villains
of all time! First of all, he’s been around since
the first Sonic, and the Sonic series just
wouldn’t be Sonic without Dr. Robotnik.
7) Dracula
Game: Castlevania series
How could you forget the evil Nosferatu himself
from Castlevania! Dracula represents all that is
evil, and do you know what his name means? Son of
Satan. I don’t know about you, but to me that
means he’s pretty evil!
6) Dr. Wily
Game: Mega Man series
This guy makes Saddam Hussein look like a hot-dog
vendor. He builds fortress after fortress and a
minimum of eight catastrophically menacing robots
to take over the world.
5) Mother Brain
Game: Metroid (Super Metroid)
Mother Brain has to be one of the eeriest video
game bosses ever, because after all the aliens you
have fought, the final boss is just a giant brain
sitting in a glass tank, with lots of wires and
machinery sticking out of it.
4) Ghaleon
Game: Lunar Silver Star Story Complete
Ghaleon is a man you hate but inside you know you
love him. He wanted to rule the world but he only
wanted to protect people because knew they needed
a leader. His means were bad but his ends
justified them.
3) Nemesis
Game: Resident Evil 3:
Nemesis Not only is Nemesis evil, but he is ugly,
scary, powerful, and tough to beat. I would be
running from him every time he showed up, and he
would still follow me.
2) King Koopa
Game:Super Mario Bros.
Come on, he’s only got to be the most classic of
all bosses. When you think original gaming
console, the one you first played and grew up
with, surely the NES comes to mind. When you think
NES you have to think Mario, the first great
mascot. Then of course follows the stubborn
princess-stealing Bowser. Legendary gaming
company, timeless hero, infamous enemy.
1) Our Mothers
My all-time favorite villain of all time would be
my Mom who made me turn off my Playstation so that
she could watch her favorite Soap Operas,
Fantaseryes and Asianovelas.
